IMPORTANT: This article is relevant to the New Admin Experience interface only.
The information is not applicable to the Higher Logic Thrive Marketing Professional (Thrive Marketing Professional) "Classic" interface.
"List" pages in the New Admin Experience interface are dynamic, interactive pages that you use to manage your account's records, such as Contacts, Messages, and Profile Fields.
List pages icons
The "List" pages have several icon-based options in the upper right of the page that you can use for tasks other than managing the records (rows) in the list.
NOTE: These options differ from the record-management options such as copy, edit, and delete, which are used on individual — and in some cases, multiple — records (Contacts, Messages, Profile Fields) in a list.
NOTE: The options that are available will depend on which List page you're on (refer to List pages with icons, below).
Icon descriptions
The following table describes the icons that display on most List pages.
NOTE: Not all of these options are applicable to or available on every List page. For example, the search option is available on most List pages, whereas the folders option is available on only the two or three pages where folders are relevant.
Option | Icon | Description |

Search | Click to expand the search field. The search field: - is not case sensitive - accepts "special" characters The search initiates on the first typed character and immediately refreshes the list. |

Filter | Click to open the Filter dialog where you can choose one or more filters in order to refine the list. Filter options vary by List page and are described in the respective articles. | |
Export (Download) | Click to download and save the current list. Choose a location, give the export file a memorable name, and save it. - The export generates a .CSV file that you can manage with a spreadsheet application, such as MS Excel. - The file contains all the records in the list, including those in hidden columns and on additional pages. |

Manage Folders | Click to open the Folders dialog where you can manage your folders. NOTE: Messages and Templates have distinct sets of folders. |

Reports | Click to access the Message Summary Reports in which you can View Trends Over Time, Compare Mailing Results, and Analyze Subscribers. | |
Calendar | Click to access the Mailings Calendar where you can view scheduled and previously sent mailings and Campaigns. | |
Upload | Click to add (via list upload or email address) Contacts to a new or existing group of Contacts, Opt-Outs, or Unsubscribes. See Manage Contacts. NOTE: These options are also available via Contacts > Upload in the left navigation. |
