As you employ your email-marketing strategies, you'll inevitably want to understand the high-level metrics from your mailings. The Message Summary Reports (MSR) offer a birds-eye view of all of your mailings — and you can apply filters to refine which data you want the reports to contain.
Reviewing these data and the performance of your mailings might lead you to reconsider your message practices and the results might illuminate aspects of your messages that could benefit from changing your current practices.
NOTE: References to Message Summary Reports reflect a rebranding initiative. Message Summary Reports and Mailing Summary Reports refer to the same set of reports with the same options and functionality.

Access the Message Summary Reports
- Navigate to Messages > Reports > Message Summary Reports.

After you have specified filters (on the Select Messages tab) to refine which data you want the reports to contain, click the View Reports tab to choose a report to view.
NOTE: Click the plus sign (+) next to a report category to expand the category and access its reports, as shown below.
