Description
In Higher Logic Thrive Marketing Professional, user accounts with a time zone set to anything other than Eastern receive the following error when attempting to run the Unsubscribers report.
- Classic Admin location - Subscribers > Reports > Unsubscribers > Unsubscribers
- New Admin location – Contacts > Reports > Unsubscribes
Workaround
The following steps are a proven workaround for this issue.
NOTE: The image below applies to both admin environments.
Classic Admin
- Navigate to Subscribers > Search.
- Click to expand the Current Status section.
- Click the Status dropdown and select Unsubscribe.
- Check the Add date range box.
- Select your dates.
- Click Update.
New Admin
- Navigate to Contacts > Search.
- Click to expand the Current Status section.
- Click the Status dropdown and select Unsubscribe.
- Check the Add date range box.
- Select your dates.
- Click Update.
- Result - Once the list appears on the right, you can then export to a file.
