When tracking a sent message, users have been unable to run the Unique Clicks report. To access it, navigate to the Details tab, expand the Clicks folder, and click Unique.
This issue typically occurs when:
- the message was sent to a large group
- and the message contains a lot of links.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with our Engineering team to pull the data for you. When submitting your request, provide the message name(s) and specific columns of data you need.
