Did one of your subscribers let you know that his or her email address has changed? If so, follow the steps below to update their record in Marketing Automation Professional (MA Professional).
NOTE: If you're using an integrated database, you should make ALL updates to subscriber records in that integrated database, not in MA Professional. This ensures that when the two are synched, there are no conflicts and that MA Professional has the most current data.
- Navigate to Subscribers > Search.
- In the Find Subscribers area, enter the subscriber's current email address in the Value field.
- Click Update to search.
- Hover over the menu icon for the desired subscriber and select Modify.
- In the resulting pop-up, click the Edit tab.
- Enter the new email address in the Email field.
- Click Submit to save your changes.
