Description
NOTE: This issue is specific to the New Admin Experience.
After sending a message, users are unable to view accurate data in the Message Funnel. To view the Message Funnel, navigate to Admin > Messages > List > Sent list. Then, click to select your message to view the Message Funnel in the expanded Preview Panel.
- Issue - The Message Funnel continues to show all zeros and does not update with the correct send metrics.
Workaround
The following steps are a proven workaround for this issue.
- Navigate to Admin > Messages > List > Sent list.
- Locate the sent message and click once to select it.
- Click the Track button in the upper right-hand corner.
- You will see all the tracking data in the report. Navigate back to the Sent messages list and select your message again.
- Result - The Message Funnel updates to show accurate metrics.
