Description
When clicking Contacts, Campaigns, Messages, certain edit buttons, etc., you may see the following error:

Higher Logic provides the following workaround for this issue.

NOTE: Higher Logic recommends using the latest version of either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Learn more in Supported Browsers & Website Cookies.
Workaround steps
- Enable third-party cookies in your Chrome or Firefox web browser.
Google Chrome NOTE: An eye-with-a-slash icon in your address bar indicates that third-party cookies are not enabled.
- Clear your cache and cookies histories for your browser as described in the browser-specific instructions below.
Google Chrome
To prevent saved passwords and saved sign-in data from being removed:

- Click the Advanced tab.
- Change Time range to All time.
- Check the top four boxes: Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
NOTE: Leave all other boxes unchecked. - Click Delete data.
Mozilla Firefox
To prevent saved passwords and saved sign-in data from being removed:

- In Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data, click Manage Data.

- On the Manage Cookies and Site Data dialog, select informz.net and click Remove All.
- Click Save Changes.
- Disable all Ad Blocker software on your device.
Google Chrome Extensions
If you're using the Chrome browser, you should also:
- Click the Extensions icon (puzzle piece icon).
- Remove or disable the following extensions.
