Higher Logic recently updated how Higher Logic Informz pulls the date and time to schedule one-time messages. While this update resolved previous issues some customers had experienced, it does not work in Firefox.
- On a message's Review & Send tab, in the Send section, clicking the date/time icon in Firefox results in a blank screen.
Complete the task in Chrome.
NOTE: In Chrome, be sure to clear your cache, enable 3rd-party cookies, and disable any ad blocker software.
