Mentoring Labels and Limits

RELEASED: April, 2024

The Mentoring Settings page is a new page where Admins can control:

• how Mentors and Mentees are referred to in your community;
• the duration of mentoring relationships; and
• a threshold for the number of Mentees that a Mentor can have.

Nested Community Management page

RELEASED: December, 2023

The Nested Community Management page is a new page where Admins can:

• view the community's nested-community structure and
• self-manage (add and remove) "child" community nesting.

Reports List page

RELEASED: August, 2023

The Reports list page is a convenient, centralized list of all the Admin-based reports in your community site.

NOTE: The Reports list page does not replace the topic-specific Report links in the Admin navigation (e.g., Users > Reports and Events > Reports). They are still intact and link to the respective Reports pages.

On the list page, you can click a report to:

• view its full description in the Preview Panel and
• access its dedicated report page via the View button.

Scheduled Reports

RELEASED: July, 2023

A new page where you can schedule a number of reports to automatically run on their own custom schedule.

You configure the following aspects of a report schedule:

• which report to export;
• the format of the export file;
• the frequency of the export; and
• the day, date, and time for the report to start running and exporting.

Additionally, you can:

• Manage your own subscription status and those of other Super Admins, per report schedule.
• Stop and start report schedules.
• Delete report schedules.

The new Admin page, Scheduled Reports, is accessible at Reports > Schedules.

An additional page, Export Reports (Reports > Exports), lists all of the reports that have been exported since the option was enabled in your account.

Higher Logic Thrive Commerce

RELEASED: May, 2023

This is an optional module that you can use in order to integrate your Shopify storefront with your Higher Logic community, allowing you to then embed products from your Shopify storefront into your community. This integration enables you to expand the reach of your products to an entire new group of people: your community members.

HL-Zapier App

RELEASED: April, 2023

The HL-Zapier app allows you to connect your Higher Logic community site to your Zapier account and create two types of Triggers:

• Idea-based Triggers
• Discussion-based Triggers

These Triggers are a great way to leverage content from your Higher Logic community into another platform, such as:

• sending Ideas to JIRA for product initiatives
• and Discussions to Zendesk to improve your knowledge base.

Higher Logic Thrive Jobs

RELEASED: April, 2023

This is a widget-based tool that is powered by Web Scribble, bringing your members' careers to the center of the experience by offering:

• an industry-leading jobs-posting board,
• easy-to-manage widgets that complement your exiting community experience,
• careers advice and articles right in the main Activity Feed widget, with links to more information and similar job postings, and
• a Job Seeker profile that integrates with and displays on existing user profiles in the community.

New Auto-Renewal feature

RELEASED: April, 2023

The Auto-Renewal feature is unique to paid Membership Types and it gives members of those types the ability to:

• have their memberships automatically renew and
• have their membership dues payments automatically processed (via Stripe).

Members simply check a box on the registration/subscription page to enroll. The next renewal-payment date is indicated and will automatically occur.

Your members self-manage their memberships because they choose whether to enroll and can cancel their enrollment.
