Send Page Profiles can pre-define your sending options when sending a message to a group. These profiles allow you to auto-fill much of the send page, yet they can still be edited if there are last-minute changes.
NOTE: Send Page Profiles follow Enterprise Asset rules.
NOTE: To enable Send Page Profiles, create a case.
Permissions
When enabled, initially, all users have access to Send Page Profiles.
However, if an Admin disables the Send Message to Group permission, users will be unable to use the feature.
Configuration
To set up a Send Page Profile:
- Go to the Tools tab.
- Select Account Management.
- Enter a name for your profile.
- Specify the default values for the following fields. These values will auto-populate these fields the send page.
- Ad Hoc List
- From Field
- Reply To
- Subject Line
- Send Type
- Fax Resolution
- Billing Code
- Web Version Link
- Message Library
- Email Notifications
- Filter Out Groups
Using Send Page Profiles
When sending a message to a group, you can select a profile from the dropdown, as shown below.
The profile will auto-populate the fields for which you specified default values.
Troubleshooting
Why I can’t see a Send Page Profile? Send Page Profiles adhere to Enterprise Asset rules. Therefore, you can see only those that you've created and those created by someone on your Enterprise team.
